Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems using middleware tools.
- Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions following platform best practices and coding standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and troubleshoot complex issues in existing implementations.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II is preferred, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is preferred.
- Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced customizations and familiarity with integration platforms are preferred.
