Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex eCOA support issues.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams for eCOA delivery.
- Maintain eCOA systems and oversee the support process.
- Provide oversight to other delivery team members.
- Lead implementation of system change controls for eCOA.
- Assist with updates to study FAQ documents.
- Create system training materials including manuals and videos.
- Identify trends in support data and implement solutions.
- Assist in process improvements for the services department.
- Support product team with feedback on new features.
- Provide user support across multiple countries.
- Train new staff on eCOA products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 1 year of experience in eCOA/IRT or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to understand technical systems and troubleshoot.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
