Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in incident war rooms for critical workflow alerts.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for application and technical issues.
- Research blockchain workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Identify root causes for incidents and prevent future occurrences.
- Improve and establish alerting for infrastructure and services.
- Work closely with R&D and Support teams for integration and monitoring.
- Communicate issues to senior management and document actions.
- Focus on system observability, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as an SRE incident response engineer.
- Proficient in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Bash.
- Experience with alerting and monitoring systems like DataDog and Splunk.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
