Base Salary

$203k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve production software for GPU fleet lifecycle management and machine configuration at scale.
  • Build and enhance automation frameworks for machine provisioning, configuration management, and deployment.
  • Support bring-up, validation, and production readiness for new server and accelerator platforms.
  • Improve workflows for bare metal provisioning, firmware updates, and system health monitoring.
  • Investigate failures involving BIOS, BMC, firmware, networking, storage, and boot flows.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, product engineering, and vendor teams on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of production experience with Go or Python.
  • At least 2 years of experience with configuration management tools and practices.
  • Comfort working in Linux environments and debugging issues at the operating system, hardware, and networking layers.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex systems and communicate across software, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Preferred experience with Go in infrastructure, systems, or backend development.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with bare metal provisioning and lifecycle management using technologies such as Redfish, BMC, IPMI, DHCP, and PXE.
  • Preferred experience diagnosing drivers, firmware, and hardware compatibility issues across GPU servers.
  • Preferred experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, test development, and documentation.
  • Preferred experience building Linux distributions or managing operating system customization and imaging.
  • Familiarity with Ansible for system configuration and automation is preferred.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration concepts is preferred.
