Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade AI agents and Generative AI capabilities in Azure environments.
- Develop LLM integrations, RAG and context retrieval solutions, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails, and AI workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured output techniques.
- Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and automated quality testing for LLM solutions.
- Develop backend and API integrations with enterprise systems.
- Contribute to technical decisions and deliver secure, scalable, observable, and reliable AI services in collaboration with architects and engineers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
- Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
- Understanding of AI security, observability, and production reliability.
- Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.
