Base Salary
$65k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate onsite and offshore teams to meet sprint commitments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead application architecture, high-level design, and low-level design discussions.
- Develop enterprise solutions hands-on with .NET technologies while promoting coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical support for implementations and production issues, troubleshoot complex problems, conduct code reviews, and communicate resolutions.
- Mentor team members and support technical governance, estimation, risk management, deployment planning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with C# and the .NET platform.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET, including MVC, Web API, or Web Forms.
- Experience building applications with .NET Core and .NET 5 or .NET 6.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with ADO.NET and Entity Framework.
- Ability to lead technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Preferred: experience with Python; familiarity with generative AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot; experience leading distributed onsite and offshore teams; and strong stakeholder communication, mentoring, and production support capabilities.
