Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in design reviews to select appropriate technologies.
- Triage and resolve system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, and service quality.
- Implement Generative AI, Large Language Models, and agent-based systems.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Use Google Cloud Platform and MLOps practices to support system operations.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts such as language modeling and computer vision.
- Experience developing and launching products using Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Experience architecting and developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
