Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and select technologies with peers and stakeholders.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and operations.
- Work directly in customer environments to understand and solve infrastructure problems.
- Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to build products and solutions with an AI-first mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies, customer-facing experience, strategy, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000–$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
