Base Salary
$112k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle from concept and design through deployment, testing, production release, and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- Review code, estimates, testing results, and coding-standard adherence while performing unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, bugs, and production incidents through performance tuning and root cause analysis.
- Research emerging technologies, evaluate third-party software, and recommend or implement platform improvements.
- Guide project technical direction, mentor junior developers, and lead employee and vendor technology teams in planning and execution.
- Analyze user needs, determine technical requirements, and participate in design and project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in .NET or other modern programming languages such as Java.
- Strong experience with front-end and/or backend frameworks, databases, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and related delivery pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, security best practices, and observability tools is preferred.
- Understanding of generative AI tools, responsible AI use, data privacy, and security is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.

- Base pay range of $112,480.00 to $146,540.00.
