Base Salary

$112k - $147k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle from concept and design through deployment, testing, production release, and support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
Review code, estimates, testing results, and coding-standard adherence while performing unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, bugs, and production incidents through performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Research emerging technologies, evaluate third-party software, and recommend or implement platform improvements.
Guide project technical direction, mentor junior developers, and lead employee and vendor technology teams in planning and execution.
Analyze user needs, determine technical requirements, and participate in design and project meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in .NET or other modern programming languages such as Java.
Strong experience with front-end and/or backend frameworks, databases, and system integration.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and related delivery pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, security best practices, and observability tools is preferred.
Understanding of generative AI tools, responsible AI use, data privacy, and security is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Base pay range of $112,480.00 to $146,540.00.
