Base Salary
$112k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, testing, production release, and support.
- Review code, estimates, and technical work for quality, accuracy, functionality, and coding-standard compliance.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Research emerging technologies and evaluate, recommend, and implement third-party software.
- Guide technical project direction, analyze user needs, determine technical requirements, and lead design meetings.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate employee and vendor technology teams during planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in .NET or other modern programming languages such as Java.
- Strong experience with front-end and/or backend frameworks, databases, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and self-management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, security best practices, observability tools, and responsible use of generative AI tools.
