Responsibilities
- Create, design, and develop automated testing, including regression test scripts.
- Formulate detailed test plans and create test cases for manual and automated testing.
- Assist in managing development processes towards a CI/CD workflow.
- Work with the development team to plan, test, and release high-quality features.
- Understand customer requirements and design solutions accordingly.
- Generate metrics to improve development practices.
- Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve performance.
- Manage and track defects using JIRA and coordinate defect review meetings.
- Coordinate with the development team for feature release and defect management.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in a product organization is necessary.
- 3+ years of software development in test experience with testing methodologies.
- 3+ years of software test automation experience with Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Minimum of 3 years in developing regression and functional test plans.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term priorities in an agile environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and organized.
