Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration.
- Implement customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the team.
- Help set the product roadmap based on customer insights.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise deployments in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort discussing complex technical topics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.
