Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage platform configuration, integrations, software releases, and deployment strategies.
- Establish and enforce platform standards supporting reliability, scalability, stability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members and lead best-practice development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques in cloud-based environments.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to balance technical and business requirements when establishing platform standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
