Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and automate the Customer Communication Management platform.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, scalability, and security concepts.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers and domain specialists to integrate applications smoothly.
- Continuously improve platform performance, stability, and user experience.
- Apply application management and modern operations and monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical school, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud orchestration such as Kubernetes and modern operations and monitoring approaches.
- Experience in application management.
- Strong customer and goal orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Flexibility, reliability, and independence.
- Very good German and English; additional national languages are advantageous.
