Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year architecture and strategy for GCBP pre-production environments, testing platforms, and SDLC management, including AI Agentic innovation.
- Design, execute, and govern releases for a unified, fully connected end-to-end testing environment supporting Google Cloud Platform Lead to Cash systems and first-party and third-party integrations.
- Establish automated gatekeeping strategies, including presubmit integrations and release certification, to reduce production support tickets and outages.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to a high-performing global engineering team while promoting engineering excellence and AI transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development and data structures/algorithms.
- At least 5 years of experience with test automation, release management, and SDLC management for enterprise software products.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of technical leadership experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with release and launch readiness, test frameworks, and SDLC management.
