Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
- Assess customer data quality, accessibility, structure, governance, and readiness for AI agent use.
- Design and configure Amazon Connect agentic AI solutions, including prompts, model selection, guardrails, and tool integrations.
- Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns and multi-agent enterprise workflows.
- Build serverless integrations with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Python, and Node.js.
- Design secure cloud data access patterns for agent tools and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Configure MCP servers to expose customer APIs, databases, and tools to AI agents.
- Guide testing, evaluation, validation, architecture reviews, and production-readiness efforts.
- Deliver technical deep-dives and mentor other Solutions Architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience developing technology solutions and end-to-end technology roadmaps supporting cloud transformations.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders, through training, workshops, or publications.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool use, function calling, chain-of-thought reasoning, and autonomous agent workflows.
- Preferred experience with contact-center capabilities such as analytics, WFM/WFO, and CRM technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with MCP and/or A2A interoperability protocols.
- Preferred experience with Amazon Connect or enterprise contact-center platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, or Five9.
