Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cybersecurity features for a scalable security cloud platform.
- Develop control-plane and data-plane software focused on packet processing, performance, scalability, and enterprise connectivity.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Product Lifecycle Management teams on system architecture, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate feature transitions from implementation through production release and define reliable release plans.
- Guide and mentor team members and track code reviews, development testing, and staging testing.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineering teams to investigate escalated customer issues and requirements.
- Integrate third-party tools and services and implement improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience designing and developing large-scale cloud deployments.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents for development, debugging, testing, and productivity.
- Experience with scalable cloud environments, Kubernetes, virtual machines, Docker, resource allocation, and persistent multi-cluster database architectures.
- Strong programming experience in Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Experience integrating third-party tools and services and working with REST APIs, Open APIs, and API authentication mechanisms.
- Deep understanding and implementation experience in tunneling, threat intelligence systems, DNS security, firewalls, IPS/IDS, deep packet inspection, and WAF/proxy technologies.
- Strong networking knowledge, including routing, Docker networking, NAT/NPT, IPv6, and firewalls.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks, Wireshark, Git, Jira, and intelligent IDEs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex backend, networking, and security issues and contribute to customer-driven, market-oriented product development.
- Experience with automation testing tools is preferred, and understanding of Web UI technologies is beneficial.
