Responsibilities
- Drive security readiness and regulatory compliance for Taiwan payment services and potential electronic payment license operations.
- Provide hands-on technical security leadership for e-commerce, logistics, and enterprise initiatives across Taiwan.
- Serve as the key technical interface for local regulatory security audits and external partner assessments.
- Lead large-scale security solutions involving cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in security engineering.
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple security domains.
- Experience leading large-scale security solutions involving cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Taiwan payment regulations, including FSC security guidelines for electronic payment systems.
- Knowledge of payment compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS v4.0.
- Bilingual Taiwanese Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.
- Strong leadership, influencing, commercial judgment, adaptability, and ability to work through ambiguity are preferred behavioral qualifications.
