Base Salary
$206k - $370k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive conversational and agentic AI experiences with seamless user interactions and thoughtful workflows.
- Bridge agent capabilities and AI reasoning with clear, usable interfaces.
- Own agentic UX features end to end across agent logic and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, software engineers, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional environment.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and raise the technical bar across the pod.
Requirements
- Senior-level candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience; principal-level candidates must have 12+ years.
- Senior-level candidates must have 5+ years with a web development framework and 2+ years building conversational or agentic AI applications.
- Principal-level candidates must have 7+ years with a web development framework, 3+ years building conversational or agentic AI applications, and 5+ years leading projects or teams.
- Experience collaborating with product designers or a portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX/UI design principles.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with modern distributed-systems architecture and software development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Additional programming experience with Java and TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a commitment to inclusive, team-oriented work.
