Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance systems that detect and prevent credential stuffing, cookie theft, targeted takeover attacks, and other account abuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate adversarial attacks without compromising user experience.
- Assist with response to active platform incidents.
- Build tooling and infrastructure that address fundamental account protection problems.
- Create workflow-accelerating tools when off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience setting up and maintaining production backend services and data pipelines.
- Ability to build software systems that defend against abuse and care about AI safety in production environments.
- Self-directed problem-solving skills and willingness to learn missing knowledge as needed.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
