Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, robust services using best practices.
- Write automated tests.
- Maintain and scale delivery and integration pipelines.
- Develop reusable libraries for the Data Engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and researchers to propose and implement framework features.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in distributed systems and big data processing.
- Proficiency in at least one of Rust, Go, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of multithreading.
- Knowledge of testing within continuous delivery and integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Financial data experience and prior Rust experience are advantageous but not required.
