Responsibilities
- Shape quality and governance standards for AI platforms, including the Agentic Engineering Framework and Prompt Manager.
- Validate AI solutions such as FSA Nudges, Fraud Sentinel, and Automated Claims for accuracy, compliance, and customer focus.
- Design and expand automated testing strategies across APIs, databases, platform tooling, and AI-driven workflows.
- Evaluate LLM-generated content, ML scoring models, and probabilistic system behaviors through structured testing methodologies.
- Test edge cases, adversarial scenarios, and compliance-focused governance guardrails.
- Partner with engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and influence quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong test design, analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation, communication, and ability to evaluate deterministic and probabilistic systems.
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, test automation, or software engineering with a testing focus.
- Experience writing automated tests and scripts with a programming language, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with REST API testing, SQL, and validating data-layer outcomes.
- Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems through professional work, coursework, self-study, or side projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
