Base Salary
$179k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to develop territory and account strategies.
- Conduct research to understand customer requirements and communicate business value.
- Execute delivery of POCs for customers with complex use cases.
- Craft technical content for customer implementation of new technologies.
- Prepare and deliver demos showcasing the Okta platform.
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role like consulting or support.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
