Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Test and validate applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Maintain application design, configuration, and deployment documentation.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with OpenText ECM Tools.
- Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools and experience configuring and customizing enterprise content management solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and application troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with integration techniques and APIs related to content management systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
