Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Master Test Strategy, test plans, testing scope, quality gates, schedules, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
- Lead system integration, regression, performance, security, position conversion, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Design, build, optimize, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable test suites using Calypso Automated Testing Tool, Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber.
- Direct test-case development and execution across front-to-back Calypso workflows, including trade capture, pricing, risk, settlements, collateral, SWIFT messaging, and accounting postings.
- Coordinate test environments, configurations, test data provisioning and refreshes, and testing tools.
- Manage defects, triage, prioritization, escalation, resolution tracking, and test execution through Jira and Xray.
- Oversee load, stress, batch, and performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner, and coordinate security testing based on OWASP principles.
- Maintain requirements-to-test traceability, test coverage, execution metrics, readiness assessments, audit evidence, and final testing sign-offs.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, blockers, recommendations, and quality status to project leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading QA and testing for complex Calypso implementations and large financial-services transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Calypso front-to-back workflows, including trade capture, pricing, risk, settlements, collateral, SWIFT messaging, and accounting postings.
- Hands-on experience with the Calypso Automated Testing Tool, Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber.
- Experience integrating automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and leading system integration, regression, and UAT support.
- Strong test-environment coordination, test-data management, position-conversion validation, and complex financial-data validation experience.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter or LoadRunner and knowledge of security testing and OWASP vulnerability-assessment principles.
- Advanced experience with Jira and Xray for test and defect management.
- Experience producing test metrics, traceability reports, evidence packages, and release-readiness assessments.
- Strong defect-management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, leadership, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
