Responsibilities
- Participate in the full lifecycle of technology projects, from conception through production deployment and ongoing evolution.
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with Risk business areas.
- Contribute to the definition of technical architectures and solutions.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and evolve software solutions, including agent-based solutions and workflows.
- Provide functional and technical support to areas working within the Risk domain.
- Collaborate with business users and technology teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or another equivalent STEM discipline.
- More than three years of professional experience in technology.
- Experience participating in IT projects and software or solution development lifecycles.
- Programming knowledge, preferably Python, plus SQL and data modeling knowledge.
- Experience or knowledge of data processing with PySpark and notebook environments.
- Experience with collaborative development and continuous integration tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of banking, financial systems, risk, finance, data, or reporting processes is valued.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI SDK/APIs, agent architectures, tool or function calling, or workflow automation is valued but not required.
- English proficiency at approximately B2 level is desirable.
- Strong communication, learning, problem-solving, collaboration, autonomy, and continuous-improvement skills.
