Base Salary
$92k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of initiatives by breaking down complex features into tasks.
- Build moderately complex features and components with minimal support.
- Take ownership of bug fixes and production problems.
- Design and improve features with observability and testing in mind.
- Facilitate team alignment and coordinate work with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to planning and help scope work while identifying risks.
- Participate in code reviews and improve team development workflows.
- Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and hiring efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of professional web application experience.
- Experience with backend languages like PHP or Python and front-end languages, especially JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to deliver testable, user-friendly features in a collaborative environment.
- Experience building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
- Experience converting design mockups into functional components.
- Experience with observability and testing in feature development.
- Knowledge of performance and accessibility considerations in features.
- Ability to write well-documented and readable code.
