Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure AI architectures across the model lifecycle.
- Integrate security and governance controls into MLOps pipelines and strengthen MlSecOps practices.
- Lead AI validation and assurance activities, including robustness testing, bias and drift detection, anomaly identification, and audit evidence preparation.
- Define and operationalize AI governance frameworks covering risk classification, impact assessments, documentation, traceability, and lifecycle control gates.
- Coordinate AI engineers, software developers, cloud specialists, and security experts.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and business stakeholders on AI security initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities through proposal contributions, solution design, and client presentations.
- Apply NLP, anomaly and attack detection, optimization, and secure AI development and validation techniques.
- Maintain compliance with emerging AI security standards and audit-ready processes.
Requirements
- Reside in Spain and have legal work authorization.
- Have hands-on knowledge of secure AI development and validation, including NLP, anomaly detection, attack detection, and optimization techniques.
- Use advanced AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and scikit-learn in secure-by-design workflows.
- Be able to translate AI security, governance, regulatory, and standards requirements into engineering controls.
- Be able to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients and business stakeholders.
