Base Salary
$92k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end across responsive, accessible user interfaces and scalable back-end services.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex throughout planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, code review, and refactoring.
- Apply and improve AI-driven development lifecycle practices, including specification-driven development, agentic workflows, context management, and prompt engineering.
- Review, test, and harden AI-generated code for production quality, security, correctness, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and code.
- Design and develop robust, resilient, maintainable applications that work across devices.
- Troubleshoot software defects and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, provide peer mentorship, and join the team’s on-call rotation.
- Propose and independently develop engineering initiatives and end-to-end features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience building production software.
- Daily experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proficiency with AI-driven development practices, including task decomposition, specification and prompt writing, context management, and critical evaluation of AI output.
- Full-stack development experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with databases such as Postgres or MongoDB.
- Strong learning ability, curiosity, communication, independence, and collaboration skills.
