Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable software components and custom solutions using Appian Process Automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage or coordinate team activities and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Integrate applications and services within enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with enterprise application and service integration.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
