Responsibilities
- Design robust architectures and build low-latency APIs and services for thousands of concurrent users.
- Translate complex industrial data and AI problems into scalable production software in collaboration with product, architecture, and AI teams.
- Architect model-serving frameworks, vector database integrations, and LLM agentic workflows with reliable state management and prompt tracking.
- Integrate AI pipelines and workflows with central Platform Engineering infrastructure.
- Drive technical innovation through research, prototyping, and potential open-source contributions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of industry experience in software engineering, backend engineering, or systems engineering.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or LLM-based production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with high-concurrency applications, asynchronous programming, or REST/gRPC APIs.
- Solid understanding of containerization with Docker and modern deployment environments such as Kubernetes or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with model registries, vector databases, or LLM evaluation frameworks is a major plus.
- Ability to learn new AI and software engineering paradigms.
