Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including flows, profiles, custom objects, data migrations, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Develop custom Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, OmniScript, and Flex Cards.
- Design and implement Vlocity integrations with CRM, ERP, and other external enterprise systems using DataRaptor, Vlocity Connect, and Integration Procedures.
- Implement data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling, and troubleshooting processes to maintain data integrity and system stability.
- Integrate Salesforce with business applications and web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs.
- Write and maintain test classes, documentation, and code consistent with Salesforce and Ford development practices.
- Own release cycles for deploying new and updated applications and code.
- Collaborate with Ford IT, development teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience and multicloud architecture experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, managed packages, Salesforce flows, profiles, custom objects, and data migrations.
- Hands-on experience with OmniScript, Flex Card, DataRaptor Extract/Load/Transform, and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
- Experience developing Vlocity integrations and using REST, SOAP, JSON, and Salesforce web services.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, ETL processing, large datasets, and Salesforce application lifecycle practices is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, technical specifications, and multiple codebases is preferred.
- At least two Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Developer or OmniStudio/OmniScript Developer certification, are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
