Responsibilities
- Evolve the core architecture of the PAM system.
- Build scalable, composable components for the platform.
- Design and implement scalable architecture patterns.
- Create APIs using OpenAPI Specification for production infrastructure access.
- Work on backend systems primarily written in Go.
- Participate in rotational on-call activities with SRE and product development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong background in Golang.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS technologies.
- Ability to design database models and backend APIs.
- Experience with cloud services such as Caching, Queues, and NoSQL Databases.
- Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong collaborative skills and a passion for end-to-end ownership.
- Interest in distributed systems and their reliability, availability, and performance.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or DataDog.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
