Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of Growth Platform capabilities, including communication and messaging infrastructure, targeting systems, developer tooling, and reusable growth primitives.
Partner with internal platform users to understand pain points, improve developer experience, and build usable self-service growth tooling.
Architect scalable systems that help teams launch, validate, and scale growth initiatives rapidly.
Build frameworks and abstractions that reduce the cost and complexity of launching new growth initiatives.
Use technical insight and understanding of growth levers to influence product and business strategy.
Improve developer productivity and organizational efficiency through platform tooling, frameworks, and operational processes.
Mentor and guide engineers across teams while raising standards for technical quality, systems thinking, and business impact.
Act as a cross-team technical leader who aligns stakeholders and drives execution across organizational boundaries.

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience building high-scale platforms, infrastructure, or reusable systems that enable engineering teams to move faster.
Strong internal customer empathy and a record of building widely adopted platforms or tooling with strong developer experience.
Strong backend experience with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, C#, APIs, databases, and distributed systems, or strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, modern UI frameworks, and performance optimization.
Experience leading large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
Strong experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
Ability to define technical direction in loosely defined problem spaces and connect engineering decisions to growth outcomes.
Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction beyond the immediate team.
Strong product and business acumen, autonomy, strategic thinking, and execution orientation.
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals or equivalent industry experience.

Hybrid schedule with in-office work 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flexible Monday, Wednesday, or Friday; remote work up to 4 weeks per year.
