Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and deploy legacy and cloud-first applications using C#/.NET Core and Azure.
- Build APIs and scalable cloud applications that integrate large datasets, infrastructure, and user experiences.
- Perform complex engineering activities including performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and application maintenance.
- Implement, maintain, and update CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Design and implement Azure Integration Services and enterprise application integrations.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and distributed teams to define technical and functional requirements.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and translate complex needs into appropriate designs.
- Develop logical data and database designs and data models across multiple computing environments.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and lead product reviews, testing, and pilots.
- Use Gen-AI/AI capabilities for code generation, test-data generation, automated testing, and engineering automation.
- Evaluate application software packages and make recommendations to senior management.
- Research and implement vendor dependencies and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core, Visual Studio, Apache Web Services, XML, and Kafka or event-driven integration capabilities.
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based architecture using Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Repos.
- Strong experience with REST API design, system design, application integration, and data mapping between source and target systems.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient Azure cloud applications.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MVC, MVVM, SOA, and other architectural concepts.
- Advanced ANSI SQL experience with structured and unstructured data sources, including Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
- Experience with ELK, Dynatrace, React, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, and logging capabilities.
- Experience using Gen-AI capabilities for code generation, testing, test automation, and test-data generation.
- Strong full stack development, programming, business analysis, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Python, Pandas, or NumPy for data manipulation and visualization.
- Preferred Microsoft Azure certification such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Preferred familiarity with building and training regression, classification, or clustering models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
