Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Kubernetes Operators and platform services.
- Drive development in Go or similar languages, setting standards and best practices.
- Own and evolve automation for cloud infrastructure and incident response.
- Define and improve playbooks, runbooks, and alerting strategies.
- Own and advance the product deployment pipeline and GitOps practices.
- Lead or coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Work with AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflow.
- Own and extend Infrastructure as Code and platform lifecycle management.
- Contribute to developer experience and internal platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and share knowledge through documentation and pair programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Java, or similar languages.
- Deep experience with container technologies and orchestration, including Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with CI/CD and GitOps practices.
- Substantial experience with at least one major cloud provider.
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and platform lifecycle management.
- Track record of leading projects and mentoring others.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to improve platform operations.
