Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business and application requirements.
- Develop Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Data 360 integrations, data streams, and data models.
- Create segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Analyze user requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on software solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert in team discussions and solution development.
- Keep current with industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, including integrations, data streams, data modeling, segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing and building applications to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Salesforce Development, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data analysis or visualization tools are preferred.
