Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions for enterprise chatbots.
- Implement and maintain scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript.
- Use LangChain, LangGraph, and alternative agentic frameworks to build AI agents.
- Integrate LLMs and chatbots with complex CMMS and industrial systems.
- Contribute to architectural and technology decisions.
- Deliver maintainable, production-oriented code and support model robustness, scalability, monitoring, testing, and versioning.
- Collaborate with international teams and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Experience developing and deploying production AI solutions in real environments.
- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD for AI/ML components and automated testing and model versioning.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Docker; Kubernetes familiarity is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise or system-integration environments.
- Strong problem-solving, consulting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level and Italian proficiency at B1/B2 level.
- Experience with industrial, maintenance, or manufacturing chatbots is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks is a plus.
