Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support activities.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and evaluate system processes and industry standards.
- Recommend and develop post-implementation security measures to support system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Help define operating standards and processes and ensure essential procedures are followed.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, and operational risks in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
