Responsibilities
- Manage localization testing across Product, Membership Experience, Marketing, and E-commerce.
- Define strategy and quality standards for localization testing.
- Translate feature roadmaps into testing plans by release and language.
- Create and maintain reusable test plans and checklists for localization testing.
- Plan and coordinate testing rounds with Globalization PMs and QA teams.
- Manage bugs and issues in Jira, including triaging and tracking.
- Ensure linguistic and functional quality in localized content.
- Build and improve testing processes and documentation.
- Collaborate on tooling and automation to enhance testability.
- Communicate testing status and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in localization QA, LQA, or software testing for consumer apps.
- Strong understanding of software localization and internationalization.
- Hands-on experience testing mobile apps and web across multiple locales.
- Proven experience designing and executing localization test plans.
- Familiarity with Jira and localization platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Structured and analytical approach to testing with attention to detail.
- Experience with RTL and non-Latin languages is a plus.
