Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions.
- Define architecture standards, design principles, engineering best practices, and enterprise integration approaches across teams.
- Drive modernization, cloud transformation, automation, quality engineering, and production readiness initiatives.
- Own performance engineering by defining workload models, capacity strategies, and executing load, stress, and performance tests with JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Lead architecture, design, and production readiness reviews and perform architectural assessments for complex technical challenges.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems and drive root-cause resolution.
- Drive observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, performance tuning, and operational excellence practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure technical solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and influence strategic technology decisions while evaluating emerging technologies and automation capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 7+ years of total experience.
- Strong programming experience with C#/.NET, Python, SQL, and JavaScript; Java experience is desirable for interoperability and legacy systems.
- Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, microservices, OpenAPI/Swagger, NuGet, and Java-based services and APIs.
- Expertise in enterprise solution architecture, distributed systems, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, API design and governance, security architecture, high availability, scalability, and performance engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing UI and API automation frameworks, including Selenium, Ranorex, Python, and/or C# automation.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with Datadog, Zipkin, distributed tracing, application monitoring, log analysis, performance tuning, reliability engineering, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, database design, query optimization, data migration, transaction management, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with Generative AI, LangChain, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, LLM integration, orchestration, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, architectural decision-making, mentoring, and technical leadership abilities.
