Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver new features for Gemini applications while prioritizing performance and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with design, product, and modeling specialists to translate user needs into app features.
- Design and implement scalable application functionality and enforce development and optimization best practices.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers and provide technical direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with software design and architecture, and testing and launching software products.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a structured organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative partnership-building skills.
