Base Salary
$169k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery patterns for software solutions.
- Design cloud solutions meeting security and operational standards across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud.
- Author and administer IAM constructs, including managed policies, inline policies, permission sets, permission boundaries, and Service Control Policies.
- Implement observability and centralized logging using ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki for monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Build and deploy Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines and resolve build and release issues.
- Develop and maintain Kubernetes Helm charts and manage Kubernetes and Helm upgrades across environments.
- Deploy and administer Rancher for Kubernetes cluster management, including RBAC and cluster standardization.
- Design and implement cloud cost optimization using AWS Cost Explorer, billing reports, tagging-based allocation, and Azure Cost Management.
- Implement and automate Infrastructure-as-Code provisioning and deployments using Terraform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience designing and operating cloud, security, DevOps, and infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud.
- Experience administering IAM and least-privilege security controls.
- Experience with ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Jenkins, Travis CI, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher, and Terraform.
- Experience with cloud cost analysis, allocation, rightsizing, autoscaling, and scheduling optimization.
