Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI infrastructure.
- Translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones supporting rapid departmental growth.
- Help position the new department for potential spin-off and institutional backing.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in AI infrastructure or a closely related area.
- High-agency builder mindset with demonstrated end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
