Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI infrastructure and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting departmental growth and potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
