Responsibilities
- Architect intelligent alert systems that identify high-intent signals and facilitate optimal sales-team engagement.
- Build automated revenue systems using AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation across business development, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Create and maintain scalable GTM data pipelines connecting enrichment and intent sources to systems such as HubSpot, Clay, and Snowflake.
- Run experiments from hypothesis and design through implementation and measurement, then turn successful ideas into robust, repeatable systems.
- Own metrics related to increasing sales efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical fluency, commercial bias, curiosity, and an experimental mindset.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows across a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Snowflake, or strong equivalents.
- Ability to reason about how GTM systems and tools should fit together.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, particularly complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Engineering experience with complex technologies, varied datasets, and data-driven productivity solutions using AI.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
