Base Salary
$200k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of complex projects that establish Ramp.com as a standard for brand and product marketing.
- Maintain and enhance Ramp’s brand design system and component library with designers and engineers.
- Create interactive experiences that drive site engagement.
- Design and unblock work when design resources are constrained.
- Partner with paid advertising and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a frontend or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site.
- Strong skills in React, CSS, and modern frameworks including Next.js and Tailwind.
- A portfolio site demonstrating previous work.
- Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
- Experience maintaining reusable component libraries and implementing detailed designs in code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SEO principles, experience with GSAP, Motion, 3D libraries, interactive storytelling, or a CMS such as Sanity.
