Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and design-system foundations including tokens, type, color, and layout.
- Lead projects that deliver new UI patterns addressing product-team pain points.
- Develop a design system that supports AI-assisted software development and creates leveraged outcomes.
- Improve the design system’s prototyping experience for rapid product exploration and iteration.
- Mentor teammates and establish best practices that improve frontend craft and AI fluency.
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and pixel-level visual quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend development experience.
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
- Thorough knowledge of frontend build systems, CI/CD, and testing.
- Strong ownership, agency, systems thinking, product judgment, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and software development, including the ability to apply emerging AI paradigms practically.
