Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Apply Workday Core Compensation expertise and integration techniques across multiple systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions to immediate and cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
