Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and launch production-grade agentic capabilities for Amazon Seller Assistant.
- Own software problem spaces end to end, from customer insight through shipped product.
- Design and develop new and existing systems with attention to reliability and scaling.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to deliver multi-agent systems at Amazon scale.
- Participate in coding, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience using generative AI tools, crafting effective prompts, and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs in a professional setting is preferred.
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value is preferred.
