Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build GenAI-powered seller experiences using foundation models, retrieval, output evaluation, safety guardrails, and supporting platforms.
- Design and develop high-performance distributed services handling millions of requests per day at millisecond latency under strict SLAs.
- Create trust, remediation, automation, and transparency systems that help sellers understand and resolve issues.
- Conceptualize, design, code, test, troubleshoot, operate, and own software systems end to end.
- Drive technical direction, contribute to roadmap decisions, and support systems serving millions of sellers worldwide.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
